What is Development of Life Skills?
Development of life skills support helps you grow the skills that sit behind everyday independence – communicating clearly, making decisions, solving problems and managing relationships. It builds on daily living skills with a focus on confidence and self-reliance.
We work one-on-one or in small groups, using real-life situations so new skills feel natural to use.
More Than Just Assistance
We help you build skills that last, so you can take on more of life on your own terms.
- Communication and social skills for home, work and community
- Decision-making, problem-solving and self-advocacy
- Planning, organising and setting personal goals
- Healthy boundaries and managing relationships
- Handling conflict calmly at home, work or in public
Life Skills That Fit Your Everyday Life
Every person learns differently. We tailor sessions to your goals, strengths and learning style, and practise skills in the places you'll actually use them.
We celebrate progress along the way and adjust your support as your confidence grows.
