What are Daily Living Skills?
Daily living skills support helps you learn and practise the tasks that make everyday life run smoothly – from cooking a meal to managing your money. Our support workers teach step by step, at your pace, in your own home.
The aim is simple: to help you do more for yourself, with less support over time.
More Than Just Assistance
We work with you, not for you – building skills and confidence you can use every day.
- Meal planning, cooking and safe food handling
- Budgeting, bill paying and simple banking
- Grocery shopping and making shopping lists
- Personal hygiene, grooming and self-care routines
- Time management, calendars and daily schedules
Daily Living Skills That Fit Your Everyday Life
We start with what you want to achieve – whether that's cooking dinner for friends or managing your own budget – and build a plan around it. Every session is practical and based on your real routine.
As your skills grow, we adjust your support so you keep moving towards greater independence.
Not Sure Where to Start?
Finding the right personal care support can feel overwhelming at first. Our team is trained to walk you through your options, explain your choices clearly, and help you get started with the right personal care support - with zero fuss.
